➕ .gitignore (+4 -0)

📄 Description

What

  • Remove the two compiled bytecode files tracked under .github/cursor-review/__pycache__/ (extract-findings.cpython-314.pyc, post-review.cpython-314.pyc).
  • Add a root .gitignore with the standard Python ignores so bytecode caches don't get re-committed.

Why

__pycache__ is build output, not source — it shouldn't be version-controlled. Noticed while prepping to link the cursor-review directory publicly from an engineering blog post; cleaning it up before more eyes land on it.
