📄 Description

bump-cursor-review-callers.yml has failed at parse time on every run (GitHub: "failed because of a workflow file issue", no step logs) because the gh pr create --body string spanned a blank line + an unindented continuation line, breaking out of the run: | block scalar (actionlint: could not find expected ':' at the body line).

Fix: collapse the PR body to a single line. actionlint clean.

Impact: once merged, a change to cursor-review.yml will again auto-open SHA-bump PRs in the caller repos (it's been silently broken, which is why callers are pinned to an old SHA).
