There are a few useful settings that hide extra networks in hidden directories (that start with dot .): extra_networks_show_hidden_directories, extra_networks_hidden_models, list_hidden_files. After commit 5ef346cde3 all loras are suggested (unless list_hidden_files is off but then they wouldn't work anyway), including those in the hidden directories while they're not shown on the Lora tab. There is a valid use case for the loras not showing in search but still working if prompted manually: on public instances some models could be "unlisted" like that so that only people who know their full name can use them. Would be great to filter the extra networks list according to the settings, for example, if extra_networks_hidden_models is set to Never then loras in the dot-prefixed directories are excluded from the list.
