When using a word that could get more than 5 results, scroll bar wont feel like working

Well, for starters what are your settings for these?

If you don't have "Show all results" checked, no scrollbar will show up. With it on, the maximum number then determines how many should be visible without scrolling (i.e. the height of the popup). This is not on by default since showing all results can lead to perfomance issues on weaker systems.
