You need to add a separate translation file, these are made by the community and not provided by default.

I placed it in the sd-webui-tagcomplete-neo-main\tags folder, but it didn't work. It can't complete the suggestions when I type Chinese characters. Please help!

@kiraaika Just placing the files is not enough, make sure you have selected the file for translation in the settings and activated "Search by translation" like shown below:

Depending on the translation file, the "3 column format" setting might be needed too.
