📄 Description

Complete rework of settings system, now supports all config options but color from the normal webui settings page.
Closes #71, resolves #70, resolves #57.

Colors are now in the colors.json file instead of config.json. config.json is deprecated and can be deleted.
Add tac_active, tac_appendComma to your Quicksettings list in Settings > User interface to replicate the old UI settings. You can also add any other, like the tag file to use.
All .csv files in the extension's tags folder are listed for the tag, extra, and translation files. If you choose a wrong format (e.g. a translation file as your tag file), it will break. I might use separate folders later, but for now it's enough since those files don't change often.
Some options might require a restart, but I've added hot-reloading for the most important ones like tag files.
