Downloads the CSV file everytime I launch the automatic1111 ui

but the file is already in the extensions folder:

and also the extension does not work while enabled:

replaced the csv file in the tags folder with the one that is downloaded and it magically works!

Glad that you were already able to fix it, although I'm really confused what caused this to happen in the first place.

The script doesn't download anything, it just requests the local files from Gradio (the Webui backend), which serves them to the browser. So I'm surprised it downloaded that file for you instead of just handling it in the background like it should. Also, since the file served by Gradio is literally just the local file, replacing them should have no effect, so your fix might be unrelated.
