Oh, this is not an extension. That's too bad. Would be nice if it had the install script built in :)

Oh, I don't know how to add it. Just thought people still installed scripts manually

I install my scripts manually, too. This would be pretty helpful as an extension, since typically I manually re-add this script when updating a1111 web ui repo (it gets overwrite by the update as /scripts is not in .gitignore)

I fiddle around with it for a minute just now and here's how you can make it an extension.

  • put "test_my_prompt_custom_script.py" into a "scripts" folder
  • that's it

so the install process would be

then it'll make this folder in the extensions folder, with this hierarchy

  • /test_my_prompt
    • /scripts
      • test_my_prompt_custom_script.py
    • readme.md

So you say I just put a "scripts" folder in the repo, move the test_my_prompt.py into it and that's it?

Yeah, that's what I did and it seemed to work.

You can try testing it on another branch, then clone that branch into your/extensions folder and see if you get the same results.
