* Add column to image kernel

* Minor fixes for dtypes and client examples

* Disable tests for disabled dtypes

* Disable add instances functions for disabled data types

* Minor stylistic fixes

* Revert "Disable add instances functions for disabled data types"

This reverts commit 728b869563.
