Comment-only edit in block_attention_kvcache_layout_enum.hpp: the
LINEAR_HEADS_FIRST_LAYOUT description now reads "cross-layer 5D KV
cache" instead of naming a specific customer. The technical content is
unchanged.

No kernel templates, codegen, or generated instances are touched.
