kiefer 1cc3a9e644 Add wmma scaleadd ab instances to the device factory and add a completely new scaleadd_ab gtest test for wmma cshufflev3 and xdl. Currently there is no profiler for scaleadd_ab so I made my own inside the test. Furthermore for XDL only the (NDHWGC, GKZYXC, NDHWGK) layout combination existed in the instance factory so that is the only one I added for wmma cshufflev3 and the gtest test as well. Another layout is tested in example 62, for xdl and wmma cshufflev3.
