When i try launching it without a runtime it launches, but only in cpu mode:

My PC specs: Ryzen 5 5600, GTX 1080Ti 11GB VRAM.
RVC is RVC1006Nvidia

What i tried to do:

1. Reinstalling python, deleting pip cache, rebooting PC. Installing everything back. About 6 times.
2. Installing other versions of RVC.
3. Reinstalling numba, librose.

None did work.

I had an AMD card before, i deleted all driver leftovers via DDU. Didn't work.
