After a lot of struggling, i've finally managed to open go-web.bat without it giving an error.
I changed the python path, ran the downloaded in the tools folder, and installed all the requirements without errors.
However, when i open it, it will just hang indefinitely.

My go-web.bat looks like

CALL env\scripts\activate
echo debug: activated the venv
echo now running the hanging command
env\scripts\python.exe infer-web.py --pycmd env\scripts\python.exe --port 7897
pause

Update: it seems like it starts now, it just took an incredibly long time before it booted.
