Everything was OK before the restart. However, after the restart, an error occurred:

==FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'configs/v1/32k.json'==

I downloaded it from GitHub repo using wget to download this file (The file has always been there, but the program says it can't find it.) but it still reported the same error. I need help. Here is the error message:
