问题现象：

torch 2.7.1 已经下架常规源，建议改用测试源：信息来源（deepseek网页版）；

可能解决方案：
pip install torch==2.7.1+cu118 torchaudio==2.7.1+cu118 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/test/cu118

解决方案验证（结论尚不完整，仅供参考），

上述指令使用了官方源，代价是国内通信开销；
国内源疑似无效（没有每个都试过），；
其他卡/其他CUDA版本的修复方式是否一致不清楚；

（可能解决方案2，重构升级torch？）
