If you are on Linux and using Anaconda, try the following:
conda install gcc_linux-64conda install gxx_linux-64This solved the issue for me.

@mrhelixx commented on GitHub (Aug 29, 2023):
Install Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools:
Go to the Visual Studio downloads page.
Download and install the "Build Tools for Visual Studio".
During installation, under "Workloads" (or individual components), select "C++ build tools" and ensure the latest versions of "MSVCv142 - VS 2019 C++ x64/x86 build tools" and "Windows 10 SDK" are selected.
Complete the installation.
Reinstall the Dependencies:
After installing the Visual C++ Build Tools, try installing the dependencies again. Make sure you're in the rvc_webui environment:
That is if you used a conda env..
conda activate rvc_webuipip install -r requirements.txtworked for me.
@PatrickAi01 commented on GitHub (Aug 29, 2023):
will this work even though i am using visual studio code instead of visual studio?

You can update the code to the latest main branch, where this version dependency issue has already been resolved. Fairseq is not imported now.
