If ST is hosted on
sillytavern.example.com, while rvc-python is hosted onrvc-python.example.com, the extension has an issue with CORS when trying to connect to the RVC server, where CORS prevents ST from hitting the RVC endpoint.@Cohee1207 commented on GitHub (May 28, 2025):
I think this has to be adjusted on RVC's side by allowing CORS from all domains. Nothing we could really do here except wrapping the endpoint with a local CORS proxy (not a good solution).
@TheRealPSV commented on GitHub (May 29, 2025):
That makes sense, but it seems like rvc-python has CORS set to
*, which should allow everything through, which makes this extra strange. See here:github.com/daswer123/rvc-python@cff3ffbe99/rvc_python/api.py (L199)@TheRealPSV commented on GitHub (May 29, 2025):
Okay, looks like this is on my end; I think NGINX/Authelia are the root cause here. I'll close this.
