📄 Description

New slash commands to get/set preferred location and units, matching the existing /weather-provider pattern.

/weather-location [location] — Returns current preferred location when called without args; sets it when provided. Updates the UI input and persists settings.
/weather-units [units] — Returns current units when called without args; sets to metric or imperial when provided. Validates input, updates the UI select, provides autocomplete enums.
Both support quiet named arg to suppress toast notifications
README updated with documentation and examples
