Message Collapser Extension

Automatically collapse long messages in chat, keeping your interface clean and organized.

✨ Features

  • Auto-collapse messages exceeding character threshold (default: 1000)
  • Configurable settings – threshold (100-5000) and preview lines (5-30)
  • Accessibility first – ARIA attributes, reduced motion, high contrast support
  • Theme-aware – Auto-adapts to light/dark themes
  • Zero dependencies – No external API calls, all processing is local

📦 Installation

Users can install this extension by copying the folder to:
SillyTavern/public/scripts/extensions/third-party/message-collapse/
