📄 Description

Very minor punctuation revision in number 1 for visual flow. Debatable. The idea was I thought it looked slightly weird because of the period near beginning, and then like the rest doesn't end in a period.
Mention "optional" system message in number 3 since both 3 and 4 should either do or don't mention, to eliminate ambiguity.
Add note about less restrictive options on implemented endpoints that are more restrictive, since PPP setting is now available to all endpoints.
Mention what strict mode does when user role does not precede assistant.
