📄 Description

route paths have been explicitly declared for all existing files; these should be identical to how they currently appear when published, so all existing bookmarks should continue to function without issue... except for one: I introduced a breaking change to the 1.9.0 migration path, which was done to make it consistent with 1.12.0. 1.12.0 had an explicitly defined route, so it seemed sensible to adopt that as the convention, in case someone ever needs to guess at the URL from a location bar for some reason.

Additionally, the following three files were renamed to re-establish structural convention:
- Usage/Characters/Tags.md -> Usage/Characters/tags.md
- Usage/Prompts/prompts.md -> Usage/Prompts/index.md
- Usage/User_Settings/User_Settings.md -> Usage/User_Settings/index.md

All affected internal references were corrected to reflect these changes.

There were also a few minor internal cleanup details, like whitespace between Markdown elements that are known to be touchy in some parsers and fixes to the two hidden redirect pages, one of which didn't explicitly point to a Markdown file and both specified a link that would break if case-sensitivity settings were turned on in Retype.
