📄 Description

whitelistDockerHosts resolves host.docker.internal / gateway.docker.internal to auto-whitelist gateway IPs, but these hostnames only exist in Docker Desktop (Windows/Mac). Docker CE on Linux fails to resolve them, causing blocked connections with no obvious explanation.

Updated the "Forbidden by Whitelist" section to distinguish Docker Desktop vs Docker CE behavior
Added the actual error messages users will see in container logs so the problem is easy to diagnose:

Failed to resolve whitelist hostname host.docker.internal: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND host.docker.internal
Failed to resolve whitelist hostname gateway.docker.internal: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND gateway.docker.internal

Directs Docker CE users to the existing manual gateway IP whitelisting instructions
