Adds documentation for persona-bound and chat-bound lorebook assignments, grouped with existing Character Lore under a new parent section.

Changes

Usage/worldinfo.md: New ## Context-Specific Sources section wrapping three subsections:
- ### Character Lore — existing content, demoted one heading level
- ### Persona Lorebook — assign a World Info file to the active persona via the Persona Management panel
- ### Chat Lorebook — assign a World Info file to an individual chat via the Chat Lore button
- Both new sections include a !!!note Staging-only feature hint about reopening the assignment popup (long press on mobile, Shift/Alt+Click on desktop) when a lorebook is already bound
## World Info Entry promoted to top-level — was ### under Character Lore; now a standalone ## since it covers general entry configuration, not context-specific assignment. All child headings promoted one level accordingly.
Usage/Characters/index.md: Quick Actions list entries for Character lore and Chat lore now link to the relevant worldinfo.md anchors.
