📄 Description

Basically title. At the end of the FAQ are example prompts, I never heard of "actions of speech" as a phrase, but I might be wrong, English isn't my first language. Changed it to "actions or speech".

First time creating a pull request, hope I'm doing this right. And putting it to the correct branch.
