In the manual for talkinghead, as of this writing, the following link is dead (404):

http://pkhungurn.github.io/talking-head-anime-3/

However, the repository for the codes is still alive:

https://github.com/pkhungurn/talking-head-anime-3-demo

so perhaps the link could be changed to point there instead.

There is also an arXiv paper about THA by the author, but it discusses a later version (tha4).
