📄 Description

Built a Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml for my own Portainer instance. Figured i'd supply it as an option at least as a starting point for the repository.

I've added a bare bones readme on how it is intended to be used.

I wasn't able to determine what folders would be appropriate as volumes so none were defined in the compose file.
