📄 Description

Given a comma separated list of coqui-api model:

download them if needed
keep the last one loaded for tts (internal behavior of coqui api)

Only tested on desktop but should work on collab.

If model failed to load, provide which one failed and the list of expected model string, then raise a Valuerror exception to crash the server to make sure the user notice the failure.
