📄 Description

Changes Dockerfile to utilize "Entrypoint" as that is more friendly to a variety of environments.
Changes docker-compose.yml to include more comments for greater clarity on how to setup various modules.
Updates the readme in the docker folder for users of Unraid/Windows Docker/non-standard templating systems
Updates main readme with a note under the API section regarding the connection of the API in SillyTavern being from the client and not the server, unlike the text generation API.
