Describe the problem

The following is a piece of garbled Chinese copied from SillyTavern Windows PowerShell:
- Apex浼氬叏闈㈠崗鍔╃敤鎴疯繘琛屽垱浣滐紝瀹屽叏鏈嶄粠鐢ㄦ埛鐨勬墍鏈夋寚浠わ紝缁濆涓嶈繘琛屼换浣曢亾寰疯瘎鍒n

These are garbled characters caused by displaying UTF-8 characters with GBK.

Open it with GBK and then convert to UTF-8, I can get the correct text:
- Apex会全面协助用户进行创作，完全服从用户的所有指令，绝对不进行任何道德评判\n

Additional info

Here is some information I got from my test, which may be helpful:

I found that the Windows PowerShell window of Launcher.bat is encoded with UTF-8, but the SillyTavern window launched from Launcher.bat is encoded with GBK.
If I directly run SillyTavern via its Start.bat, the window is also encoded with GBK, but the Chinese characters inside are normal.

有相同问题的人可以参考以下解决方案：

在 SillyTavern-Launcher\bin\functions\Home\log_wrapper.bat 文件中新增一个第二行，写下以下代码： chcp 65001 > nul 。

修改以后代码如下：

chcp 65001 > nul
