Describe the problem

When I clone the repository, the bin/ directory has git.exe as a file. My git setup thinks it's an unadded file. This happened since one of the latest PRs switched .gitignore from bin/* to specifying what under the directory is to be ignored. This leaves binaries not ignored, and thus shipped with the repository.
