It seems that Regex scripts whose "ephemerality" are set to "alter chat display" are doing nothing to the message text shown in the timeline view, although they do affect how the message is displayed in chat. It can make things hidden with Regexes, such as custom thought text, reappear.

Having an option to apply those Regexes in timelines would be helpful.
