Original GitHub issue: https://github.com/SillyTavern/SillyTavern-Timelines/issues/28

Description:
After opening the Timelines extension panel and then closing it (via the close button), other extension tabs in the Extensions panel stop opening. Clicking on them visibly changes their state (e.g., appears active/pressed), but the tab content does not open.
Steps to reproduce:

Open the Extensions panel.
Open the Timelines extension (via menu).
Close the Timelines modal using its close button.
Try to open a different extension's tab from the Extensions panel.
Observe: the tab button responds to the click (state changes) but the panel/content does not open.

Expected behavior:
Other extension tabs should open normally after closing the Timelines modal.
Actual behavior:
Extension tabs fail to open after Timelines has been closed, though the buttons appear to register the click.
Workaround found:
Reloading the page (F5) resolves the issue until Timelines is opened and closed again.
Environment:

SillyTavern version: 1.18.0
Timelines extension version/commit:master branch 1.2.0
Browser: Chrome Version 150.0.7871.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: ArchLinux
Any other extensions active that touch modals/UI: using Moonlight Echoes

Additional notes:
Possibly related to #21 (keyboard events being cancelled even when the Timelines modal is not shown), which suggests event listeners from Timelines may not be fully cleaned up on close.

Edit:
Opening via /tl works fine, only opening via extension menu broke it's interaction.
