Renamed various datatype-related macros/functions.

Details:
- Renamed the following macros in bli_obj_macro_defs.h and
  bli_param_macro_defs.h:
  - bli_obj_datatype()                 -> bli_obj_dt()
  - bli_obj_target_datatype()          -> bli_obj_target_dt()
  - bli_obj_execution_datatype()       -> bli_obj_exec_dt()
  - bli_obj_set_datatype()             -> bli_obj_set_dt()
  - bli_obj_set_target_datatype()      -> bli_obj_set_target_dt()
  - bli_obj_set_execution_datatype()   -> bli_obj_set_exec_dt()
  - bli_obj_datatype_proj_to_real()    -> bli_obj_dt_proj_to_real()
  - bli_obj_datatype_proj_to_complex() -> bli_obj_dt_proj_to_complex()
  - bli_datatype_proj_to_real()        -> bli_dt_proj_to_real()
  - bli_datatype_proj_to_complex()     -> bli_dt_proj_to_complex()
- Renamed the following functions in bli_obj.c:
  - bli_datatype_size()                -> bli_dt_size()

- Removed a pair of old level-1f penryn intrinsics kernels that were no
  longer in use.
