Optionally enable parallelism inside gtestsuite so that we can
check BLIS functions perform correctly when nested parallelism
is in operation. Enable with:
cmake ... -DOPENMP_NESTED={0,1,2,1diff}
where in gtestsuite
- 0 is the default choice with no parallelism.
- 1 and 2 are simple nested parallelism.
- 1diff has one level of parallelism setting different numbers
of threads to be used by BLIS and reference library calls
from each gtestsuite thread.
Note: OMP_NUM_THREADS must be set appropriately to enable or
disable parallelism at each level in the test programs
as desired.
OMP_NUM_THREADS will also define the parallelism used
within the BLIS library (if it is multithreaded), unless
BLIS-specific ways of specifying parallelism have been
used. If a BLIS-specific parallelism option has been set,
the same mechanism will be used in the 1diff option to
vary the number of threads in BLIS per application thread.

Improve consistency in test names across different APIs:
- Improve consistency of TEST_P part of test names.
- Rename *_evt_testing.cpp and nrm2_extreme.cpp files to
*_evt.cpp to match other APIs.
- Standardize naming of IIT_ERS files.
Also:
- Restore trsv IIT_ERS file which was misnamed in commit
a2beef3255
- Tidy ukr gemm tests to be more consistent with each other
and move threshold setting to individual TEST_P functions
to allow different adjustments to be made.
- Similarly make trsm tests more consistent.
- Tidy naming of is_memory_test variable.

- Using a template class for the printing operator that depends
on the type.
- USe a macro to denote which interface is being tested.

First in a series of commits to improve consistency in test names
across different APIs. This will help with gtest filtering.
In this commit, standardize alpha, beta, incx and incy.

Since random numbers are specified from ELEMENT_TYPE and we never generate tests for both integer and floating point numbers at the same time, we update code as described below:
- random vector/matrix generators are updated to use ELEMENT_TYPE as a default parameter.
- ::testing::Values(ELEMENT_TYPE) is removed from all test generators.

Key features:
- able to test both static and dynamic libraries
- able to test BLAS, CBLAS and BLIS-typed interface
- can use any CBLAS library for reference results
- can build and/or run tests depending on the BLAS level or a specific API
