Details: - Reimplemented several sets of get/set-style preprocessor macros with static functions, including those in the following frame/base headers: auxinfo, cntl, mbool, mem, membrk, opid, and pool. A few headers in frame/thread were touched as well: mutex_*, thrcomm, and thrinfo.
