- Fixed instances of BLIS_ENABLE_BLIS2BLAS that should have been
  BLIS_ENABLE_BLAS2BLIS. Thanks to Tyler for catching this.
- Fixed various syntax errors in the code that had yet to be compiled
  due to the aforementioned bug.
