- Removed BLIS_CONFIG_EPYC macro
- The code dependent on this macro is handled in
one of the three ways
-- It is updated to work across platforms.
-- Added in architecture/feature specific runtime checks.
-- Duplicated in AMD specific files. Build system is updated to
pick AMD specific files when library is built for any of the
zen architecture
