amd64 family supports all the architectures before zen. Assigned (BLIS_ARCH_GENERIC+1) to BLIS_NUM_ARCHS in order to avoid update for every new architecture. Change-Id: I8241e643f6dfd0ebe272e053ca8b6a9c1463d9dc
