Details:
1. In kernels for non-transpose variants, changes
   are made to optimize the cases of beta zero.
2. Validated the changes with BLIS Testsuite,
   GTestSuite(Functionality, Valgrind, Integer Tests)
   and Netlib Tests.
3. Fixed warnings during the build process.
