Details: - Added code that fixes false failures in the gemmtrsm_ukr module of the testsuite. The tests were failing because the computation (bli_gemv()) that performs the numerical check was not able to properly travserse the matrix operands bx1 and b11 that are views into the micropanel of B, which has duplicated/broadcast elements under the power9 subconfig. (For example, a micropanel of B with duplication factor of 2 needs to use a column stride of 2; previously, the column stride was being interpreted as 1.) - Defined separate bli_obj_set_row_stride() and bli_obj_set_col_stride() static functions in bli_obj_macro_defs.h. (Previously, only the function bli_obj_set_strides() was defined. Amazing to think that we got this far without these former functions.) - Updated/expounded upon comments.
