Details: - In all level-3 operations' _cntx_init() functions, replaced calls to bli_cntx_obj_init() with calls to bli_cntx_obj_clear(), and in all level-3 operations' _cntx_finalize() functions, removed calls to bli_cntx_obj_finalize(), leaving those function definitions empty. - Changed the definition of bli_cntx_obj_clear() so that the clearing occurs via a single call to memset().
