Details:
- Replaced the line

    f = f;

  with

    ( void )f;

  for the unused variable 'f' in blastest/f2c/lread.c. (Hopefully)
  addresses issue #356, but since we don't use xlc who knows. Thanks
  to Jeff Hammond for reporting this.
