Details:
- Updated template micro-kernel implementations (located in
  config/template/kernels), to adhere to the new auxinfo_t interface.
  Meant to include this change in a0331fb1.
- Changed template configuration to use 64-bit integers (for both BLIS
  and the BLAS compatibility layer).
