Arnav Sharma f71495a135 Support for DOTC in DOTV Bench and DTL updates ...

- Added support for ?DOTC in bench.

- Updated DTL to accept conjx as a parameter:
    - 'N', i.e., no conjugate for DOTU
    - 'C', i.e., conjugate for DOTC

- Updated DTL calls in the interface with respective values of
  conjx.
