Details:
- Added a new option in input.general that allows outputting in
  matlab/octave format so that one can output in matlab format
  independently from outputting to files.
- Adjusted input.operations according to above.
- Added input.operations.0 and input.operations.1 with all options
  disabled and enabled, respectively.
