Kiran Varaganti 82ec21f1c7 Fix for CPUPL-541,When threading is enabled blis-mt library gets generated otherwise blis.a gets generated for sequential builds. However blis.h header file will differ for both type of libraries. The difference is about enable/disable of defining BLIS_ENABLE_OPENMP or BLIS_ENABLE_PTHREADS when threading is enabled. Appropriate header file needs to be included in the application.
