Describe the bug
macOS supports per-app VPN traffic tunneling, yet amnezia only suggests per-website tunneling only

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to main window
2. Click on 'split tunneling' settings
3. Only per-websit settings are available

Expected behavior
Per-app settings should be available the same as on windows or android
