Hi! I investigated a Linux routing issue in amnezia-client.

Root cause seems to be in the Linux endpoint exclusion route creation:
the client adds a route via gateway, but does not bind it to the uplink interface.
On my system this causes the VPN endpoint traffic to be routed back into amn0, so the tunnel gets TX traffic but no RX until I manually add:

<endpoint>/32 via <gateway> dev <uplink_if>

I prepared a patch for linuxroutemonitor.cpp that adds RTA_OIF for the exclusion route.

I would like to submit this properly.
Who is the best maintainer to review Linux networking changes?
If preferred, I can also open a PR against dev.
