Greetings!
This is an attempt to reopen the #802 feature request that was closed as resolved by mistake.

The feature request is this: I'd love to use Amnezia VPN client for Android but not as an overall VPN solution for all the connections of my phone.

I want to use it as a localhost SOCKS proxy so that I can point some of my apps to 127.0.0.1:port and it would be routed through Amnezia. While the rest of my apps go to the internet directly.

E.g. on v2rayNG there is a switch called "mode": VPN or proxy. The latter just opens a 10808 port locally.

While we are waiting - here is what is currently working for me:

https://github.com/bropines/awg-wiresocks

I go to my Amnezia account page, generate .conf file and use it to configure the app. Then it just works
