Server:
OS: Linux VPS Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS

Desktop:
OS: Windows 11 Pro
Version: 4.8.15.4

1. Installed socks5 proxy-server on my VPS.
2. Entered credentials into Telegram Android proxy settings.
3. Connection either never completes, either gives error 'Unavailable'

How can I diagnose what is wrong with proxy-server?
Is it bad decision to use socks5 for Telegram in Russia? Is it better to wait for MTProxy https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amnezia-client/pull/2435?
